The solution to the problems of a container handling vehicle

We are excited to share one of our recent experiences with you. We received an urgent call regarding a large container handling vehicle that was experiencing operating problems.

I decided to find a solution to this intermittent malfunction, taking advantage of the proximity of the construction site, one of our. technician went to the site to directly inspect the vehicle. We asked the operators to carry out their normal activities to carefully observe the stacker in action and analyze its behavior and performance. This approach allowed us to better accommodate the operational context and identify any anomalies.

The subsequent verification through our. diagnostic tool, allowed the problem to be resolved and the vehicle returned to the operator.

This type of approach is put into practice by us thanks to our thirty years of experience and allows us in most cases to find quick and functional solutions.
