B.C. ERRE strengthens its international partnership with Allison Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems

On Friday, January 30th, we welcomed to our headquarters in Carpaneto (Piacenza):
• Owen Wang and Jim Zhu, representing Allison Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems China, Asia Pacific & Australia
• D Prabakaran, representing Allison Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems India
• accompanied by Matteo Stecca and Carlo Arnier De Vallon, Allison Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems Europe and Middle East

The meeting represented a strategic opportunity to discuss the growing integration between the Chinese, Indian, and European markets and the industrial prospects following Allison Transmission’s acquisition of Dana Incorporated’s Off-Highway division, which includes the SPICER™, BREVINI™, GRAZIANO™, FAIRFIELD™, PIV™, and GWB™ brands.

Allison Transmission’s acquisition of the historic brands of the Dana Off-Highway division strengthens an increasingly coordinated global network, ensuring technical continuity, certified quality, and the availability of genuine Allison Off-Highway spare parts.

During the visit, the delegation had a first-hand look at:
• the spare parts warehouse
• the transmission, axle, and final drive repair and overhaul workshop
• the management and sales offices

Global collaboration and future development

The day confirmed the shared desire to further strengthen global collaboration, leveraging technical expertise, local presence, and coordinated market development.
