On January 2, 2026, Allison Transmission Holdings announced the completion of its acquisition of Dana Incorporated’s Off-Highway business, for a total value of approximately $2.7 billion.
This is a significant transaction for our industry, combining two leading technology companies in the design and manufacture of transmissions, gearboxes, axles, and motion systems for off-highway and industrial applications.

The new organization will operate under the Allison brand, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana (USA), and will be divided into two operating units:
