Allison Transmission Acquires Dana Off-Highway: For B.C. ERRE a strengthening of operational continuity

On June 11, 2025, the agreement for the acquisition of the Off-Highway division of Dana Incorporated by Allison Transmission was announced, for a value of 2.7 billion dollars.
The transaction will allow Allison transmission to expand its global offering of transmission and propulsion solutions in the industrial and mobile sectors. For B.C. ERRE, official Allison dealer since 1993, is a move that strengthens a solid and historic partnership. For over thirty years we have worked side by side with Allison Transmission to offer original spare parts and highly qualified technical assistance.
Also following this important acquisition, B.C. ERRE will continue to ensure operational continuity, supporting customers in managing Allison Transmission and Dana Off-Highway products, including axles, transmissions, gearboxes and components for specialty vehicles and industrial applications.
Our commitment remains unchanged: to offer technical expertise, availability of spare parts and an efficiency-oriented service, with the same reliability that distinguishes us.
Updates on the transition process will be shared through our official channels
