And it is precisely from this philosophy that our weekly meeting was born, a fixed appointment in which the staff meets to discuss and plan operational and commercial activities.

During the meeting, the technical sector managers and the commercial team share priorities, deadlines and critical issues. This allows us to better organize interventions in the workshop and coordinate customer requests with maximum precision. Each intervention is carefully evaluated, planned and entrusted, to ensure optimal management of time and resources. In a technical sector like ours, it’s not just the machinery or tools that make the difference: it’s the people.
