TRAINING OF OUR STAFF AT THE DANA PLANT IN BELGIUM
Last September technical and commercial B.C. ERRE participated in the refresher course that Dana held at the Brugge plant, in Belgium. The course focused on the new TE50 transmission, which Dana has recently launched on the market, a top product in the range of electronically controlled transmissions, intended for large vehicles in the mining and railway sectors. In these four days of intense work our collaborators followed both theoretical and practical parts. In fact, they had the opportunity to actively collaborate with the Product Service Support (PSS) manager and the supervision of the Service Engineer during the disassembly and subsequent reassembly of a complete unit and the subsequent bench testing at the Dana Tech Center. B.C. ERRE would like to thank the Dana team, in the persons of Dieter Lapon (PSS Manager), Koen De Mulder (Service Engineer OHP), Andy Blieck (PSS Workshop), Tim Brouckaert (SC Development PSS Manager), Christa Debackere (AFTM Sales Support ), Viviane De Smet (CS Coordinator), Jan Depamelaere (Warranty Coordinator) for the impeccable organization and for the availability demonstrated.
