Directly in our workshop: from spare parts to complete transmission

The transmission is a complex mechanical unit and to build one from scratch it requires experience and expertise.

When all the components arrived directly from Spicer Dana (there are a few hundred, from the smaller ones such as bolts, rings or, gaskets up to the more voluminous ones, such as gears, shafts, drums…)our warehouse manager prepares them on the appropriate trolleys and delivers them to the workshop guys.

Here our technicians assemble piece by piece, scrupulously following the instructions contained in the manuals of the parent company and get a new transmission!

After the testing phase, the transmission is ready to be delivered to the customer.

For our technicians it is a complex and very rewarding job!
