Usually the most of the small workshops do not take part in the process of construction of transmissions and axles because of its complexity.
They test, change or review these parts, but they do not construct transmissions or axles in their entirely.
In B.C. Erre you can find a complete service: from the construction phase to the testing one.
Process of construction of transmissions and axles
As soon as we receive the order from the customer, our purchasing department finds all the needed components: it’s particularly important for us to find the original parts in order to ensure high quality.
Construction phase: our specialist staff works together to assemble the parts of the unit. It’s mandatory for us to follow the guidelines of the production company in order to respect standard operating procedure.

Testing phase of transmissions and axles
Following the assembly phase, the process continues with the test bench.
During the testing phase, we create specific simulations to ensure that the component will be efficient once installed on the vehicle.
In case of electronic control transmissions, we proceed with the calibration with a specific software.
After the testing phase, we create a report with benchmarks: temperature, pressure, flows… To pass the test, benchmarks must be within the limits established by the production company.
The next step is the painting phase followed by the application of the ID plate.
